Arrows Farm Happenings

Hi there!

It has been a couple months since I have written a blog and we have been super busy, so I thought I would update on everything happening!

We are in full harvesting and planting mode, with kale, lettuce, carrots, beets, spinach, radishes, and herbs looking absolutely beautiful. A variety of tomatoes, chard, collards, arugula, romaine, and peppers also looking great and we are hoping they will be ready soon.

In addition to vegetable bags, we are starting our education component of the farm. Our goal is to bring families back to the table while helping others rethink how they engage with food; starting with an education of sustainable, bio-diversified, small-scale farming.

We are offering farm tours Saturday mornings between 8-11 for $10. If you are looking for some tips, having trouble with your own garden, or would like to see our farm, please stop by. You can email me at allie.correa@thearrowsfarm.com to set up a time and day. You will also receive $10 off one of our vegetable bags.

If you are looking for an educational and fun camp for your 3-5 year old, we will also be hosting Little Arrows Farm Camp! Through hands-on learning, your child will have fun and build confidence, while connecting with nature and learning how to care for the environment around them. We have two, two week camps to choose from for your child. Our camps will be Monday thru Thursday 9-12 June 13th - 16th and June 20th - 23rd OR July 11th - 14th and July 18th - 21st. Each camp will be $110, siblings will be $100. Each camp will cover the same curriculum, but may differ in some activities (harvesting blueberries, feeding chickens, or helping with the horses). You can email me at allie.correa@thearrowsfarm.com, with a registration form for your child.

More info on the camp can be found here.

We are so excited to have you here this summer as we grow!
